ACMI wet-lease
In an ACMI arrangement we supply the Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance for your flights — you retain commercial control and sell the seats or capacity under your own brand.
It's the fastest way to add trusted capacity for seasonal peaks, delayed deliveries, network expansion or unexpected demand, without the fixed cost and risk of owning more aircraft. You pay by the block hour; variable costs pass through rather than sitting on your balance sheet.

Key Postholder Recruitment
AVi8 Airways is expanding its leadership team while airline certification is underway, with commercial operations planned for 2027. We are recruiting five key postholder positions for our A320-family ACMI and charter airline based at Techo International Airport, Phnom Penh. Flight Operations and Crew Training leadership have already been appointed.

Candidate profile
We welcome aviation leaders with A320-family experience who have held postholder or senior management roles in ICAO- or EASA-aligned environments. Airline certification or start-up experience is an advantage. Cambodian and international applicants willing to relocate to Phnom Penh are welcome.

Develop and oversee the Safety Management System and safety culture.

Lead ground handling standards, station readiness, and safe ground operations.
Security Manager
Develop aviation security procedures, training, and regulatory coordination.
